Things I run
Eleven sites, two kinds of work. Some are services where I do the work with a business. Others are self-serve tools anyone can sign up for and use. Each one has a short write-up on the blog explaining what it's for.
01
Voice AI · service platform
An AI voice agent for business phone lines. It answers calls around the clock or as overflow, responds from a knowledge base the business controls, qualifies leads, books appointments when a calendar is connected, takes messages and hands callers to a person when it should. Every call is logged with a recording, transcript and summary, and call tracking ties each call back to the ad, search or listing that produced it.

02
AI search visibility · service
Generative engine optimization for businesses that want to be named and cited correctly by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews. The work starts with an audit of real customer questions, then moves to technical and listing fixes, answer-first content, honest earned mentions and monthly tracking. No guaranteed placements, no bought reviews.

03
Reputation management · service
Reputation management for local and service businesses: policy-compliant review requests sent to every customer, thoughtful replies to good and bad reviews, monitoring of reviews and mentions, honest handling of negative search results, and Google Business Profile upkeep. No fake reviews, no review gating, no incentives.

Small business automation · service
AI and workflow automation for small and mid-sized businesses: chat and phone assistants, lead follow-up, scheduling, document and data entry, CRM and email workflows, reporting and custom integrations using tools like Zapier, Make and n8n. Everything is built in the client's own accounts, documented, and keeps a person in charge of consequential decisions.

My consulting practice. I help people and companies automate repetitive work, put AI to practical use, build fast websites, connect their software, clean up their CRM and grow with SEO, paid ads, analytics and email automation. Tool-agnostic, documented, and the client owns the accounts and data.
