About
Most of what I do falls into two buckets. The first is hands-on work with businesses: making sure they show up accurately in search and AI answers, answering their phones with a voice agent, getting reviews handled properly, and automating the repetitive parts of running the place. The second is a shelf of self-serve web tools (link shorteners, bio pages, SEO scanners, domain and DNS lookups) that people can sign up for and use on their own.
This site is where I keep notes. When I learn something while setting up one of these products, or while working through a problem for a client, I try to write it down in a way that would have helped me before I knew it.
How I like to work
- Plain over clever
- Fast static pages, small scripts and well-documented workflows beat complicated systems nobody can maintain.
- Honest about limits
- Nobody can guarantee a spot in an AI answer or a top ranking, and I won't pretend otherwise. Fake reviews and bought placements are off the table.
- You own it
- When I build something for someone, it lives in their accounts and comes with notes on how it works.
- Quoted in writing
- I don't publish prices. Every piece of work is scoped and quoted before it starts.
